The terms that apply when you buy a template from the Anchor Growth Co. store.
These terms apply to purchases of digital products (such as Make.com automation templates, Notion templates and guides) from the Anchor Growth Co. store at anchorgrowthco.com, operated by Shiela De La Cruz, based in Libmanan, Camarines Sur, Philippines. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
When you buy a template you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business and with your own clients. You may edit and adapt it for those uses.
You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the template files, in original or modified form, or offer them as your own product.
Products are delivered digitally. After payment you receive download links by email, and they're also shown on your order confirmation page. Download links may be limited in number of downloads and time; if a link expires, email us and we'll send a new one.
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (₱) for visitors in the Philippines and in US dollars ($) for visitors elsewhere, and are one-time payments. Peso payments are processed by PayMongo; US dollar payments are processed by PayPal. We don't store your card or wallet details. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Because templates are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files are downloaded, except as described here. If a template doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll help you fix it, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
Templates run on third-party services such as Make.com, Notion, Google Workspace and Google Gemini. You're responsible for your own accounts, plans, API keys and any costs on those services. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, and changes they make may affect how a template works.
Each template includes a setup guide. For help, email shieladelacruz@anchorgrowthco.com and we'll reply within 2 business days.
Templates are provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost revenue arising from their use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
