Refund Policy

The short version

If a template doesn't work as described, email us within 14 days of purchase. We'll help you get it working, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.

1. Digital products

Our templates and guides are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because a download can't be returned, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded, except in the cases below.

2. When you can get a refund

• The template doesn't work as described on its product page, and we can't fix it with you.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You paid but never received a working download link, and we can't resend it.

3. When refunds don't apply

• You changed your mind after downloading the files.
• The template needs a paid plan, API key or account on a third-party service (such as Make.com, Notion or Google) that you don't have or don't want to pay for. These requirements are listed on each product page.
• A third-party service changed how it works after your purchase. In that case we'll do our best to help you adapt the template.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email shieladelacruz@anchorgrowthco.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method: through PayMongo for peso payments (card, GCash, Maya or QR Ph) and through PayPal for US dollar payments. Depending on your bank or wallet, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up. Once refunded, your license to use the template ends.
