1. Who we are

Anchor Growth Co. (anchorgrowthco.com) is run by Shiela De La Cruz in Libmanan, Camarines Sur, Philippines. We are responsible for the personal data described here. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For any privacy question or request, email shieladelacruz@anchorgrowthco.com.

2. What we collect

  • When you buy a template: your name, email address, phone number, billing details and order history. We need these to process your order, send your download links and support you.
  • When you contact us or book a call: the details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, business and message.
  • When you join our email list: your email address and the page where you signed up.
  • When you browse the site: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, pages viewed and approximate location. We use it for security, to show prices in the right currency and to understand how the site is used.

We never see or store your full card, GCash, Maya or PayPal details. Payments are handled directly by our payment providers.

3. How we use it

  • To process orders, deliver files and send receipts.
  • To answer your messages and provide support.
  • To send emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and improve our content and products.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • Payments: PayMongo (peso payments) and PayPal (US dollar payments).
  • Website and email: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email-sending service and our newsletter tool (Nitrosend).
  • Forms and records: WPForms and Google Workspace (for example, Google Sheets).
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit.

Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. They are required to protect it.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and checkout working, remember your currency, keep the site fast and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 10 years). We keep messages and email-list data until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 15 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
